Available at reasonable rates with no hidden fees! Total Care insures your entire Telemetry System or Bedside Monitor, including broken transmitters, full access to Technical Support and free loaner equipment while your equipment is being repaired. We provide on-site repairs as well as "mail-in" and "parts only" contracts. Rental Customers receive a Premier Total Care Maintenance Contract as part of their rental agreement. Parts Only! Contracts
A "parts only" maintenance contract was primarily designed for facilities that have an active Biomed or Electronic Repair Department. Under a "parts only" contract all labor must be performed by competent certified technical staff. Parts are provided by Tri-Tec Monitors. On-Site Service Calls or any labor performed by Tri-Tec Monitors would not be included with this plan. For example: If non-functioning equipment is shipped into Tri-Tec for repair or if on-site service is required, that "Parts Only" customer will only be responsible for the labor expense.
Rental Program Contracts
Rental Customers receive a Premier Total Care Maintenance Contract as part of their rental agreement. Rent from us and all repair services are included at no additional charge.
